It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stacy Jean Forde of Crete, Illinois, who passed away on March 23, 2026, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick J. Forde; her son Jacob Lambert; her brother Edward Upchurch; her parents, Albert Oezer and Joy (Kramer); and her stepfather John Upchurch.
She is survived by: her son Lucas Polmen; her grandchildren, Ella and Rhett Lambert; and her sister Melissa Metcalf (Kevin).
