He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Samuel and Donna Jean Winborn (Rosenbaum); and his sister Karen Winborn. He is survived by: his sons, Martin Winborn of Chillicothe and Dayton Winborn of Peoria; his grandchildren, Henry and Abigail Winborn; and his brother Ricky Winborn (Terri) of East Peoria. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
