She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry and Ruby E. Peyton (Leonard); her husband Frank Giltner Duvall; her son Roger Dale Duvall; and her siblings, Jim Peyton, Anita Schneider and Jerry Peyton.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Hurt of Poseyville, IN; her grandchildren, Troy Hurt (Robin) of Crossville, IL. and Leah Browning of Grayville, IL; her great grandchildren, Brian Hurt (Cynthia), Anna Hurt, Christopher Hurt (Haley) and Izeke Sanders; her great great grandchildren, Audree and Layla; her siblings, Lula Witcher, Nina Duckworth, Donna Daughtery, Larry Peyton and Dianna Schwindel (Buddy); and her daughter-in-law Dianna Duvall of Evansville, IN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Roberts and Cook Funeral Service (101 Edgewood Ln, Carmi, IL 62821). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Alice's memory to the National Kidney Foundation, in honor of her son, Dale, and will be accepted at Roberts and Cook Funeral Service who has been entrusted with the arrangements.
