He is survived by: his brother Keith Pollasky (Erika); his children, Mike Pollasky (Amy), Anne Contreras (Pablo), Susie Malkowski (Ryan) and Claire Pollasky (Nathan); his grandchildren, Conner Pollasky, Kalena Peters, Cambria Peters, Cassius Peters, John Philip LaBuy, Lisa LaBuy and Ava Malkowski; and his brothers, Mark Pollasky (Heidy) and Scott Pollasky (Melissa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
