She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pope Churchwell and Mary Katherine Bell; her husband Ronald McMullins; her sister Glenda Anne Churchwell; and her brother-in-law Larry Rehberger.
She is survived by: her sisters, Johnnie Rehberger and Kathy Hernandez (Armando); her children, Randall Runions, Rhonda Runions Hermes and Sean Runions; her grandchildren, Megan Grassel (Aaron), Brian Emma and Devin McAdams; and her great grandchildren, Riannan, Addison, Ethan, Kaitlyn and Tyler. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
