He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Foyet and Lottie Foyet. He is survived by : his wife Ann; his children, Michele Meeks (Foyet), Debbie Hochstatter (Foyet), Terri Deligio (Foyet), Lora Fischer, Betty Hamilton and Danny Foyet; and his sister Nancy Mazur. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Dan's name to St. Jude's or Boys Town.
