He was predeceased by : his son Daniel "Dan" Kuhajek; and his sister Shirley "Sheri" Wiley. He is survived by : his wife Peggy (Callaghan Kuhajek) of Crystal Lake; his daughter Jeanne Kuhajek of New Zealand; and his sisters, Marilyn Foster (Don) and June Vanourek (Bob). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
