It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelynn Ford of Crystal Lake, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Martin Zamecnik and Myrtle Zamecnik; and her brother Gary Zamecnik. She is survived by : her husband Jerome "Jerry" Ford; her daughters, Suzanne Rewerts (Kevin) and Pamela Rafford (Richard); her grandsons, Andrew Rewerts (Catherine), Adam Rewerts, Bradley Rafford (Kailey) and Christopher Rafford; and her great grandchild Lincoln Rafford.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
