He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Dombrowski and Wanda Dombrowski; his brothers, Ron and Rich; and his niece Amanda.
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Jeff Dombrowski (Jennifer) and Ann Miller (Matthew); and his grandchildren, Miles, Elise, Samara and Cole. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
