He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Campbell; and his stepdaughter Lisa Danielson. He is survived by: his daughter Christina Campbell; his father Lee Campbell (Martha); his sisters, Kathleen and Charlene; his wife Betsy Campbell; his stepson Benjamin Danielson; his granddaughters, Summer and Natalia; and his siblings, Greg (Teri), Kati (Scott), Glenn (Tracy), Char (Ken) and Karen (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
