He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Sr. Buchanan and June Buchanan; his former wife Julie Ann Dixon Buchanan; and his sister Linda Buchanan. He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Amanda Buck (Nick), Tiffany Buchanan (Crystal Hernandez), Michael Kettler (Julie), Andrew Buchanan, Nicholas Kettler and Katelyn Kettler; his grandchildren, Rowan, Ryker, Lily and Korra; his brother David Buchanan (Tonia); and his sister-in-law Susan Buchanan Bullard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and countless faithful friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jim's name may be made to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation or the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation.
