It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Lloyd Lesmeister of Crystal Lake, Illinois, who passed away on February 17, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his mother Rosemarie Lesmeister; and his nephew Bryce Davis. He is survived by : his daughters, Sarah Lesmeister and Lacy Johnston (Harlen); his father Lloyd Lesmeister; his sisters, Jean Henderson (John) and Joan Davis (Larry); and his grandchildren, Lucas, Annabelle and Thaddeus Johnston. He is also survived by his family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory (419 E Terra Cotta Ave, Crystal Lake, IL 60014).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Jim's name to a charity of your choice or because Jim was always willing to lend a hand (His dad called him his "right hand" man), in Jim's honor please reach out to someone who could use some assistance and give him or her some help.
