We are sad to announce that on May 28, 2023, at the age of 66, Jan Marie Mino of Crystal Lake, Illinois, born in Blue Earth, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Wells and Blanche Wells (Northwick). She is survived by: her husband Alan Mino; her children, Lindsay Werkheiser (Brad), Jessica Dawn-Marie Mino and Kyle Mino (Jessica); her grandchildren, Elli and Colton Werkheiser; and her siblings, Geary Wells (Cindy), Brian Wells (Terri), Craig Wells (Linda) and Kristine Nelson (Scott). She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jan's name may be directed to Meals on Wheels.
