We are sad to announce that on March 13, 2024, at the age of 84, Janet Ann Setek of Crystal Lake, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janet Ann Setek to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Schlax and Lena Schlax (Roth); and her husband William. She is survived by : her daughter Gail Czysczon (Joseph); her grandson Jaden Czysczon of Crystal Lake; and her brothers, Timothy Schlax (Karen) of Chandler, AZ and John Schlax (Leslie) of Kenosha, WI. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
