He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M'Lady and Sylvia M'Lady; his sister Lynn; and his parents-in-law, Richard and Loretta Pruitt.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann (Babecky); his sons, Scott and Marshall M'Lady (Linnea Bettcher); his niece McKenzie Sobiesk; and his nephews, Mason Sobiesk, Scott, Michael and Brett Hettman.
