He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Nicholas and Ida Nickolida Hummel (Koch). He is survived by: his wife Delane "Dee" Hummel (Herbert); his daughters, Sabrina Gregg (Eric) of Evergreen and Brittany Hummel of Carpentersville, Illinois; his grandson Rowan Gregg; and his siblings, Mary Nunemaker, Paul Hummel and Susan Ruhl. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
