He is survived by: his wife Louisa H. North; his daughter Melissa North Mathews; his son-in-law Jack Mathews; his siblings, Elton North and Gloria Patrick; and his daughter-in-law Linda Chrzanowski-Alley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Marston's name may be made to Fox Valley Animal Hospital 6115 Northwest Hwy Crystal Lake, IL 60014.
