He was predeceased by: his mother Zenaida Simon; and his godfather Ernesto Tabada. He is survived by: his father Ruben; his siblings, Alfonso Simon (Claire), Joy Maglente (Rodelo) and Rosalind Downing (Kevin); and his nieces and nephews, Meghan Maglente, Morgan Maglente, Ashley Simon, Bradley Simon, Ethan Downing and Abigail Downing.
