He was predeceased by: his daughter Elizabeth Lee Jarvis (Peter). He is survived by: his significant other Linda Carolyn Bennett (Chute); his son Philip Michael Bennett (Sheryl); and his brother Frederick Bennett. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
