He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Duys and Yvonne Van Duys (Rentherham); his wife Cassie; his siblings, Alice Martin and Robert Van Duys; his granddaughter Angela Van Duys; and his great grandchild Abigail Annis.
He is survived by: his children, Michael (Pat), Patricia Costa (Scott) and William (Christine); his grandchildren, Kaleigh Annis (Matthew), Courtney Costa, Amanda, Nathan Van Duys and Christie Kanches; his great grandchildren, Beau and Jackson Annis; and his sister Jackie Edfors.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory (419 E Terra Cotta Ave, Crystal Lake, IL 60014).
