He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Bob Heinke (Jessica), Tammy Bellizzi (Greg) and Lisa Skwarek (Bob); his grandchildren, Zach, Scotty, Nick, Garrett, Rachel, Luke and Ryan; his niece Kim Ceas (Bill); and his sister-in-law Gail.
