With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert R. Auer of Crystal Lake, Illinois, who passed away on August 23, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Auer and Leona Auer; and his brother-in-law Sherwin Stone. He is survived by: his siblings, Lawrence Auer (Karen), Betty Roombos (Bob) and Marilynn Stone; his nephews, Matt and Chris; his niece Gretchen; his great-nephews, Tyler, Joey, Alex and Josh; and his great-niece Emma.
