Johnston (Boots); his daughters-in-law, Sandra Johnston and Gail Riggs (Bobby); his grandchildren, Scott Johnston, Jennifer (Matt), Orlick, Nicole Johnston (Chuck Cline), Michael Johnston (Jordan) and Christopher Johnston; his great grandchildren, Vincent, Autumn and Wyatt Orlick; and his pet Floki.
