She was predeceased by: her father Harold Main. She is survived by: her husband Robert Holtzapple; and her children, Cathy Altenburg (Terry) of Woodstock, IL, Benjamin Mammina (Ann) of Las Vegas, NV, Pamela Mitchell (John) and Holly Ward (David) of Algonquin, IL.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
