Sally Wade Obituary
Sally Wade age 74, of Crystal Lake former many-year resident of the Dundee area passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home on Thursday, August 17, 2023, under the care of and surrounded by family.
Sally was born in Chicago on March 8, 1949, and was the daughter of the late James & Gloria (nee' Martin) Wicker.
Sally was a devoted and loving wife, mom, grandma, and friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her three children, Michael Baker, Joseph L. Wade, Jr. (significant other Hannah McCorkle), and Crystal Wade. Other survivors include her granddaughter, Aubrey Veneziano; her sister, Nancy Wicker; as well as many good and faithful friends. In addition to her parents, Sally was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 27 years, Joseph L. Wade, Sr.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2023, from 2:00-5:00 P.M. at Miller Funeral Home in West Dundee. At the request of Sally, she will then be cremated followed by a private inurnment.
