Ted Johnson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ted Johnson of Crystal Lake, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 10, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Ted shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Ted farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore O. Johnson and Gertrude M. Johnson; and his brother Paul J. Johnson of Milwaukee, WI. He is survived by: his wife Mary Johnson; his son Kevin Johnson of Milwaukee; his siblings, Barbara Kropp of Wonder Lake, IL, Tom Johnson of New Berlin, WI and Nancy Carrick of Brookfield, WI; Denise Johnson of Galesburg, MI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and in-laws.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Davenport Family Funeral Homes and Crematory (419 E Terra Cotta Ave, Crystal Lake, IL 60014).
