He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony and Bernice; and his brother Anthony. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Trish"; his daughters, Deanna and Angela (Bill); his brother Tom (Carolyn); his sisters-in-law, Karla and Debbie (Todd); his grandchildren, Zackary, Caitlin, Anthony, Andrew and Archer; and his nieces and nephews, Wayne, Brenda (Thomas), Michael, Michelle (Derek), Steven (Cassie) and Brian (Jessica).
