He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosemary (Robert Bartlett) and Fred (Ginny Clarke); his siblings, Fred, William Clarke and Beth Smith; and his in-laws, Raymond, Mary "Mick" Murphy, Susan, Daniel Hereley and Mark Murphy.
He is survived by: his wife Colleen (Murphy); his sisters, Cynthia Ray (Michael) and Linda Rice; his friend Pat Dodaro; Kathleen Howell, Eileen Murphy (Bruce Mathews), John Murphy (Marty), Mary Macaluso (Dennis), Kelly Wood (Brian) and David Murphy (Tonya). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Main Beach Pavilion (300 Lakeshore Dr, Crystal Lake, IL 60014).
