He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Bulger and Phyllis M. Bulger. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Jennifer Sanchez (RC) and Derek Bulger (Megan); his granddaughter Layla; and his siblings, Jeanne Cooper, Bob Bulger (Kathy) and Kevin Bulger (Mary). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
