She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Roscoe and Elsie Margaret Carroll (Cluney); her grandchildren, Eric Batley and Kimberly Batley; her sister Christina Shaw; her nephews, Roy Van Fossen (Irene) and Phillip Van Fossen; and her great-niece Donna Van Fossen Cochran.
She is survived by: her husband Boyd Devere Brown; her daughter Delta Kay Brown of Ipava; her grandson Brett Brown of Ipava; her nephews, Norman Brown (Darby) of Davenport, IA and Pete Brown (Judy) of Davenport, IA; her great-niece Bonita Dietrich (Chris) of Peoria, IL; and her great-nephews, Mike Van Fossen of Pekin, IL and Greg Van Fossen of Fishers, IN..
