She is survived by: her children, Lynn McCombs of Astoria, Judy Caputo (Michael) of Rushville, Mark McCombs (Cynthia) of Browning and Andy McCombs (Gail) of Astoria; her grandchildren, Pat Spires (Susan), Alec McCombs (Natalie), Jordan McCombs (Teresa), Joel McCombs, Monique Utter (Ryan), Jacob McCombs, Taylor Caputo (Savanah) and Jared McCombs; her great grandchildren, Gage Spires (Savannah), Garrett Spires, Grayson Spires, Amelia McCombs, Caleb McCombs, Emmett McCombs, Isaac McCombs, Nolan McCombs, Ella McCombs and Bianca Utter; her great great grandchild Stuttson Spires; and her siblings, Josephine James of Macomb, IL, Bernice Sharpe of Cuba, Shirley Dicroce of Denver, CO and Dorvan McCormick (Verna) of Astoria.
