He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon Oliver (Ritchey); his son Colton; his sister Dana Little; and his parents-in-law, Terry and Johnette Funk.

He is survived by: his father Carrol Oliver (C. Oliver); his spouse Jacquie Funk; his child Richie Wayne; his sister Penny Jordan (Jeff) of Vienna, Illinois; and his sister-in-law Toni McHugh (Chris) of Carrier Mills. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.
