She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Trotter and Louise Trotter; and her brother Paul Emery Trotter. She is survived by: her husband Gary Hook; her children, Michelle Kauble (David), Greg Hook (Shelley) and Lynnette Davenport (Michael); her grandchildren, Jordan Adams (Kody), Alexandria Kauble, Logan Kauble, Evan Hook, Cooper Hook, Seth Davenport and Ava Davenport; her great grandchildren, Belle Adams and Leo Adams; and her brother Rodney Trotter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Janet's memory may be made to Fairfield Memorial Hospital, 3rd Floor, Skilled Care and will be accepted at Gholson Funeral Home.
