She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Harter and Ruth Harter; her son Joseph Parr; her daughter-in-law Gail Parr; and her brother James Harter.

She is survived by: her husband Clarence Parr of Dahlgren; her daughter Kay Bair (David) of Mt. Vernon; her grandson Nathan Parr of Dahlgren; her children, Delanie, Ivan, Marlow and Amelia Parr; her grandson Jared Parr of Skokie; her daughter Asoula (Parr); her grandson Braden Bair (Hannah) of Mt. Vernon; her children, Bennet, Hezekiah, Rowyn and Milo; her niece Linda Harter of Wyandotte, Michigan.; Joyce Kardel.

Memorial donations may be made to the Belle Rive Missionary Baptist Church and will be accepted at the church or at Gholson Funeral Home.
