She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Harter and Ruth Harter; her son Joseph Parr; her daughter-in-law Gail Parr; and her brother James Harter.
She is survived by: her husband Clarence Parr of Dahlgren; her daughter Kay Bair (David) of Mt. Vernon; her grandson Nathan Parr of Dahlgren; her children, Delanie, Ivan, Marlow and Amelia Parr; her grandson Jared Parr of Skokie; her daughter Asoula (Parr); her grandson Braden Bair (Hannah) of Mt. Vernon; her children, Bennet, Hezekiah, Rowyn and Milo; her niece Linda Harter of Wyandotte, Michigan.; and also Joyce Kardel.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Belle Rive Missionary Baptist Church (401 S Main St, Belle Rive, IL 62810). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to the Belle Rive Missionary Baptist Church and will be accepted at the church or at Gholson Funeral Home.
