She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Lucas and Christine Lucas (Potts); her husband Robert James Muirhead; and her brother Robert Lucas. She is survived by: her sons, Jonathan Muirhead (Barbara) of Atlanta, GA and Matthew Muirhead (Melissa) of Danville, IL; and her grandsons, Trevor, Tyler and Grant Muirhead.
Memorials may be made in Barbara's memory to St James United Methodist Church in Danville, IL or the Danville Symphony Orchestra.
