He was predeceased by: his father Dan B. Smith, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Velma Lucille Smith (Partin) of Tilton; his friend Crown; his siblings, Dan B. Smith, Jr. (Eleanor) of Williamsport, Derhonda Roderick (Terry) of Lakewood Ranch, Kim Smith of Danville and Angela Smith of Danville; his children, Shannon Desy of Savoy, Jade Smith of Fithian and Kanae' Smith-Thomas (Alexander) of Dana; his uncle Mike; and also Karen Sims. He is also survived by his family and the many good friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made at Sarge's Tap, 409 E. Main Street, Danville. Donations will help to fund a memorial park bench to be placed in the outdoor patio area which Mike helped construct.
