She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Claude Kirkpatrick and Ruby Kirkpatrick (Pease); her husband Melvin Lane; her siblings, Clement Kirkpatrick and Margaret Martin; her daughters, Karen Williamson (Dennis) of Pesotum, IL and Kathy Tiernan (Tom) of Danville, IL; her grandchildren, Ryan Williamson (Lindsey), Sara Lane Williamson, Andy Yoder (Whitney), Adam Yoder (Morgan), Amanda Burress (Michael) and Tony Tiernan (Deejay); and her close friends, Charlene Fletcher and Diane Lazzell. She was also cherished by eleven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
