She is survived by: her siblings' children, Kendra Baker McClure (Casey), Glenda Jones Gerulski (Frank), Sue Bouslog Tate (Don), Connie Mingee Armstrong (Jerry) and John Bouslog (Deborah); her husband Kenneth Smith; and her sisters, Willetta Mae Jones, Bernice Bouslog, Mary Ellen Yarusinsky and Helen Mingee.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Christ Way Church, 618 E. Main St. Danville, IL, 61832.
