He was predeceased by: his father Richard Treadway; his brother Thomas Treadway; and his nephew Jason Juvinall. He is survived by: his mother Tama Jean Treadway (Sanders) of Danville; his children, Wesley A. Treadway of Westville and Allie B. Treadway of Westville; and his siblings, Richard Treadway, Jr. of Danville and Jami Treadway of Danville. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
