She is survived by: her children, Candise and Harley; her grandchildren, Nathan, Ethan, Peyton, Noah, Julian, Teegan, Ryleigh and Chloe; her siblings, Amber Black, Lorie Gardner and Kenneth Moore; her close friend George; and her husband Jay Vanduyn.
