He is survived by: his daughters, Candice Williams and Ke'Zaiya Carter-Fields; his siblings, Christine Fields Harris, Carolyn Smith (John), Jackie Fields, Cecelia Capers, Taffy Williams, Jerry Baker, Marvin Fields (Faye) and Billy Fields; and his close friend Kenny King.
