He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Noggle and Carol Bell Noggle; his sister Kelly Noggle; and his grandparents, Paul, Margaret Noggle and Richard Bell.

He is survived by: his siblings, Carla Hilligoss of Danville and Ryan Noggle of Westville; his grandmother Audrey Bell of Georgetown; his nephews, Tyler Ritchie (Alexis), Dalton Hilligoss (Lexie Suttle) and Caden Hilligoss (Tinlee Shepherd); his niece Morgan Ritchie; his great-nephew Koa Weller; and his cousin Shelly Noggle. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
