He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Boehm (Evelyn Boehm) and Evelyn Boehm; and his wife Cathy Boehm. He is survived by: his son Alex Boehm; his close friend Janet Thorlton; his brother Terry Boehm (Candace); his niece Heather Sellett (Mitch); and his nephew Jason Boehm. He is also survived by extended family members and many dear friends.
