He was predeceased by: his father George Grinestaff; his brother David Grinestaff; his stepfather Hershall Lee; and his grandparents, Max, Dorothy Scarlett, Larkin and Gladys Grinestaff.
He is survived by: his mother Katherine Lee (Scarlett); his sister Jennifer Hess (Colin); his niece Victoria Hess; his stepsiblings, Tom Watson, Jr., Larry Lee and Sylvia Lee; and his step-niece Stephanie Muzio (Dominick). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
