With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald R. Coon Sr. of Danville, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 25, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Coon and Anita Coon (Webber); his former wife Evelyn Coon (Devins); and his sister Mary Alice Baldwin. He is survived by: his children, Cris Moulton (Kenny) of Bismarck and Donald R. Coon, Jr. (Tammy) of Danville; his stepchildren, Tracy Fenwick (Derek) of Nokomis, FL and Mark List (Jill) of Danville; his grandchildren, Stacey Ohmes (Curt), Angela DePotter (Craig), Andrea Delhaye (Ryan), Philip Coon and Patrick Coon (Jailisa); his stepgrandchildren, Jordan, Josh, Abby Fenwick, Zak Fenwick (Judielle), Elizabeth Reining (Matthew) and Anna List; his nephews, Scott and Bruce Baldwin; and his niece Linda Maxwell. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
