She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Moss and Myrtle Moss (Barrett); her husband Robert Eugene Messenger; her daughter Debra Hayes; and her brothers, Bernard Moss and Richard Moss.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Messenger and Raymond Messenger. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
