She was predeceased by: her husband John R. Swan; and her siblings, Glen McCain, Gene McCain, Ted McCain, June Smith and Jessie Haney.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Smock Taylor, Dennis Smock (Tina), Nancy Tapscott (Lonnie) and John "Jack" Swan II (Brenda); her grandchildren, Saul Leyva, Sydney Leyva, Jeremy Smock, Jason Roberts, Natasha Miles, Dustin Roberts, McCain Smock, Austin Christians, Cassy Christians, Dillan Christians and Amanda Tapscott; and her pet Trix. She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Donna's name to The OSF Bobette Steely Hegeler Cancer Care Center or any Veteran's Organization.
