He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Dulin and Stella Dulin (Page). He is survived by: his wife Norma J. Dulin (Jones); his children, Betsy Swaney (Doug) of Michigantown, IN, Susan Stafford (David), Charles Dulin (Jill), Russell Dulin (Luana) and John Dulin; and his siblings, Sally Smith (Kent) of Sharpsville, IN and John M. Dulin. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
