He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Williams and Sara Bibbs; his siblings, John, Amos Jr., Nora Rice and Francis Jackson; his son Myron Williams; his son-in-law John Neill; his niece Nytria Parker; and his nephew Aaron Williams.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Ball; his niece Jeanie Frison; his close friend Bishop Franklin Bourn; and his stepgrandson Michael P Antunes IV (Andrew Siefert). He is also survived by 8 children, a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

This year on his 90th birthday the Mayor proclaimed it Frank Williams Day for his many contributions to the Danville Community.
