Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Georgia Ann Strange (Danville, Illinois), who passed away at the age of 82, on October 5, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer David and Ita Madelaine Bean (Hembrey); her husband Charles Leroy Strange; her siblings, Billy Joe Bean, Elmer P. "Buddy" Bean, Jim Bean (Myrna), Mary Edith Bean and Trixie Myers (Merle); and her stepbrother Gary Gryp.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Eugene Strange (Jill Smith) of Danville, IL and Randy Strange of Danville, IL; and her grandchildren, Ashley Bryant of Bushnell, FL, Aubrey Anzures (Brian) of Centennial, CO, Kyle Strange (Jenny) of Danville, IL and Ryan Strange of Danville, IL. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center (3940 N Vermilion St, Danville, IL 61834). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in Georgia's memory to the Bismarck First Church of Christ.
